- Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approcal or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
